About the job

As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maximizing the revenue of the retail sales of brand-new vehicles and accessories whilst maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize the retail sales of brand-new vehicles and accessories
  • Create and maintain a positive customer-friendly sales environment and able to close the deals with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Having comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the features, specifications and unique selling points of vehicles
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media etc.
  • Upsell whenever an opportunity arises i.e. additional accessories for the selected vehicle.
  • Assisting with vehicle displays & presentations
  • Expanding customer base and strengthening the loyalty of existing customers through suggesting trade-ins, greeting drop-ins, answering questions, accepting and acting upon feedback

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail sales of brand new vehicles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player, with strong interpersonal, relationship and customer management skills
  • Accurate customer needs analysis and understanding
  • Commercial thinking and keeping up to date with competitor information and market trends
