About The Role
As a Cadet Pilot Selection Officer, you are responsible to provide day-to-day administration and maintain all appropriate records by handling confidential and sensitive information with great discretion and tact and performing cadet pilot screening activities, coordinating interview logistics, participating in promotional events, etc. Promote high standards of corporate values through correspondence, telephone and personal contact.
Accountabilities
Operational
- Prepare interview files for the interviewers to ensure all required documents are available prior to interview.
- Coordinate interview logistics to ensure interviews are conducted in a smooth and timely manner.
- Coordinate duty travel arrangements and hotel bookings as and when required.
- Coordinate with the training team on the cadets’ expected joining dates and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for their joining formalities to ensure that such formalities are timely completed.
- Prepare necessary documentation, applicants’ files and joining files and ensure to keep all such record updated and secured.
- Coordinate with on-boarding team and other QR departments regarding cadet pilot selection and recruitment to ensure that the on-boarding formalities are completed as scheduled and in a timely manner.
- Manage communication by responding to e-mails and telephone enquiries pertaining to cadet pilot program’s various schemes by maintaining appropriate logs accordingly, and ensure to escalate / inform / update other team members where necessary.
- Organise and maintain confidential filing system including hard copies and soft copies.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas and meeting packets, and transcribe minutes of meetings.
- Actively participate in the preparation for the selection events and work/coordinate with relevant departments for promotional events to generate necessary publicity and interest for Cadet Pilot Program.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
About you
Educational Qualifications
An ideal candidate should have:
High school Qualification / Vocational Qualification / Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) / Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
Preferred
- Experience within airline industry.
- Previous experience in a recruitment/administrative role in a multicultural environment.
