The Role

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

The Reservation Agent is responsible for assisting the Reservation Manager in managing the Reservations Department and working closely with Marketing, Sales, and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximize Room yield through inventory control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt’s Brand Standards.

Qualifications

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management

Work experience in either Reservation or Front Office will be beneficial

Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must

Schedule flexibility is necessary and the ability to multi-task

Preferably residing in Qatar, with the support of a transfer

Arabic speaker
