They are looking for a Talent Management Specialist who will be responsible for the following:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling existing employee’s development.
- Identifying the weak points of the employees.
- Advising the relative development plan based on the findings.
- Executing a certain framework by using assessment tools to find out the competencies and recommend development programs.
- Liaising with the learning and development department constantly.
- Preparing 180/ 360 surveys for the employees.
- Implementing the companys Talent Management Approach and Programs.
- Providing career progression guidance and ensuring a career path accessible to all staff.
- Carrying out the evaluation methodology to identify the talent in the organization.
- Researching and presenting the tools for measuring the potential.
- Researching and implementing the psychometric and ability test and analyzing the reports for development plans.
- Providing data analysis on Talent Management projects, action plans for any improvements that are required moving forward.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience as Trainer and in soft skills training.
- Experience and understanding of Talent Management / Career Management / Succession Planning programs and methodologies.
- Experience in the Psychometric / Ability Tests and Assessment Center is a plus.
- Knowledge of the business environment and its implications for talent processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong intercultural competence.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong analytical skills.
