Our client is seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to lead the team and business to success in Qatar. With a creative and constructive mindset, you will act as an engaging and inspiring force in driving the business as a whole, Combining courageous leadership, ownership and a strong results orientation and business acumen, you will develop the individual’s potential, excellence of the customer experience of your team and pave the way for success of the boutique on quantitative and qualitative levers. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the store team through innovative and motivating hands-on management and coaching.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and achieve store performance with relevant KPIs
- Analyse the business, propose and implement action plans to improve results
- Demonstrate sales leadership for staff and set performance targets for team and individual with relevant KPIs
- Manage and supervise the team in the correct execution of all company operating and stock procedures
- Manage customer service quality, to meet client’s expectations by offering excellent customer service standards
- Motivate employees to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork and maintain harmonious staff relations
- Review and submit sales and operational reports to management in adherence to company’s KPIs and policies
- Improve Mystery Shopper Results with action plans
Qualifications
- Excellent relationships skills, self-reliant, friendly and patient
- Leadership, confidence, organization, professionalism and strong customer orientation skills
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in Luxury Fashion
- Arabic Speaker is a must
- Customer centric with a positive attitude
