The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations and customer service in a retail store environment.


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a team of sales associates and ensure their performance meets or exceeds targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Ensure proper inventory management and stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports on sales and customer service metrics.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback.
  • gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
  • Follow-up for collection of payment.
  • Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.

  • Proven sales management experience in a retail environment.

  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and sales processes.


  • BA/BS from a reputable university.
  • Excellent verbal communication and people skills
  • A strong commitment and dedication to customer service.
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm.
  • Minimum 7 years of sales and project management.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the relevant product categories.
  • Minimum 3 years of managing a sale team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
