Job Description:-

• The Commi I is an essential member of the culinary team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests
• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
• Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
• Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 Years of experience in a similar position with a Luxury Hotel or resort.
• This position requires an applicant with general food knowledge in Pastry. Candidates must have a good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
