Develop lesson plans and themes in line with curriculum objectives. Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students and organizing learning resources and the classroom environment.

Meeting with parents or guardians, teachers, counselors and administrators to resolve any possible behavioural or academic problems. Must also establish clear objectives for all lessons, and projects. Distribute, collect and grade homework assignments, tests and projects and attend staff meetings.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor of Education from a recognized University

Qualification for teaching Special Needs students required

TEACHING QUALIFICATION FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: UK, US, CA, AU, NZ, ZA and Scandinavian countries (for Visa processing)

Must be Native English speaker or near

Must have excellent classroom management skills and able to deal effectively with student behaviour issues

Required Experience:

Minimum 2 years teaching experience at appropriate grade level

Culturally sensitive, dependable, flexible and able to work in a continuously changing environment

Monthly Salary Range:

Competitive TAX FREE Salary range from QAR 9,455 to QAR 11,977 depending on qualifications, experience and location

Housing:

Depending on which School the following can be available:

A housing Allowance is given depending on family size and teacher is responsible for finding own accommodation.

OR

For Single candidates: Furnished shared accommodation with other teachers where you have your own bedroom and bathroom and share the kitchen and living room space.

Health Insurance Coverage:
Medical insurance is covered for employee and one nominated dependent (can either be spouse or child)

Annual Air Tickets:
Annual air tickets are covered for employee and one nominated dependent (can either be spouse or child)

Leave:
In addition to official holidays, paid leave is allocated as per academic calendar and as per country Labour law. Minimum 30 work days per year.

Dependant School Fees:
100% discount for 1 dependent child attending same school as employee

Visa & Medical Check Fees:
Fees will be paid for employees only. Employee is responsible for fees for dependents.

End Of Service Benefit:
Gratuity of 21 days of basic salary as per Qatar Labor law
