About the role

You would support cyber security team with data protection, security incident management, and compliance, identity & access management, and operational technology security management. You would manage core technical staff within the team to ensure that objectives of the cyber governance, security operations, cyber architecture and design are translated into technical and organizational control.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work together with the Senior Manager Cyber Security to plan and design IT Cyber security solutions to protect the organization from internal and external Cyber security threats and protect company vital information.
• Ensure that technical training is provided to the Cyber Security analysts and senior cyber security analysts
• Support internal Cyber Security incident response, understand mitigate and remediate threats and risks impacting Qatar Airways.
• Identify security events and exposures, determine the causes of security violations, implement solutions to prevent and mitigate future incidents.
• Manage documentation of activities during an incident, creation of security incident reports, and for conducting post-incident reviews. Drive continuous improvement through active collaboration with threat simulation, vulnerability management, and technical architecture.
• Ensuring that all activities required to meet Cyber Security compliances such as PCI-DSS, Qatar 2022, ISO27001 are managed in a timely manner to avoid any non-conformities.

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with the Cloud Security particularly Azure, Azure Stack Hub, Office 365, Microsoft Azure AD P2, Advanced Threat Protection suite, Azure ATP, Office ATP, Windows Defender ATP, Cloud App Security, Microsoft MFA, Microsoft EDR, AD Monitoring, Mail Gateway, CASB.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint MDE, Identity MDI, Office MDO, Cloud Apps along with Microsoft DLP exchange, endpoint, Microsoft Intune / MAM, Azure Information Protection, Microsoft Information Rights Management.
• Expert knowledge and Technical hands-on experience with endpoint security and Network Security appliances and systems including:
• WAF
• IDS/IPS
• DLP systems
• Microsoft Azure Security
• DDOS prevention systems
• Application Whitelisting software and systems
• Akamai Security systems
• EDR
• Network Sandboxing systems
• Endpoint Sandboxing systems
• Antivirus
• Malware Protection software
• Should have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Should possess strong analytical, interpersonal skills and be a proven team player.
