About the job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.


  • Business Driver for the growth of Key Accounts in the Food Vertical
  • Responsible for growing their portfolio and generating a positive impact on KPIs such as GMV, New merchant acquisitions, Avg. basket size (AOV), merchant performance, etc.
  • Provide excellent service and support in order to build a strong relationship and resolve operational issues between vendors and the company
  • Build weekly/monthly reports, track & communicate performance data
  • Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
  • Managing and executing promotional campaigns
  • Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
  • Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
  • Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offering code performance


  • 4-6 years of experience in a commercial / business development role in a food delivery company (Talabat, Snoonu, Deliveroo, etc.)
  • Experienced in bringing new merchants/restaurants on board
  • Experience managing a team of sales executives
  • Experienced in negotiating with restaurants to set up favorable terms
  • You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • You have prior experience in a similar role. Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
  • You possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
  • You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
  • You have a high level of attention to detail including a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
