Role Objective:

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the employees of the respective department / section, in accordance with the bank and regulatory guidelines.

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Key POC (point of contact) for all retail banking marketing campaigns execution
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for successful product and campaign launch within the agreed timeline
  • Assist product managers for ministry, QCB, advertising agency, vendors and design coordination
  • Consumer Protection Licensing Applications and Renewals
  • Ensure maintenance of Ministry Letters pertaining to draws and winners’ announcements and reporting
  • Coordinate with the Ministry for all draws administration
  • Ensure monthly payments for Retail Products and business development-related activities
  • Assist alliances officer in the execution of required merchant MOUs
  • Coordination and processing of reward points
  • Maintain an official record for all executed campaigns and initiatives with digital archiving.

Required Education/Experience:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Internet applications and Jira tracker.
  • Around 2 years experience in administration.
  • Optional: design software including Adobe photoshop, illustrator and Canva
