Role Objective:
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the employees of the respective department / section, in accordance with the bank and regulatory guidelines.
Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:
- Key POC (point of contact) for all retail banking marketing campaigns execution
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for successful product and campaign launch within the agreed timeline
- Assist product managers for ministry, QCB, advertising agency, vendors and design coordination
- Consumer Protection Licensing Applications and Renewals
- Ensure maintenance of Ministry Letters pertaining to draws and winners’ announcements and reporting
- Coordinate with the Ministry for all draws administration
- Ensure monthly payments for Retail Products and business development-related activities
- Assist alliances officer in the execution of required merchant MOUs
- Coordination and processing of reward points
- Maintain an official record for all executed campaigns and initiatives with digital archiving.
Required Education/Experience:
- Proficiency in MS Office, Internet applications and Jira tracker.
- Around 2 years experience in administration.
- Optional: design software including Adobe photoshop, illustrator and Canva
