About the job

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales And Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team!

Operations

  • Negotiates the terms of an agreement and closes sales.
  • Telesales and telemarketing
  • Records sales and order information into customer sales order system.
  • Maintains and develops current CRM database and accounts
  • Provides professional customer care to clients, aide & advice in product selection, ensure seamless organisation of after sales service
  • Establishes and maintains customer relationships in order to grow profitable sales.
  • Reports on customer feedback to the management.
  • Introduces and demonstrates new products to the customers.
  • Liaises with the technical team and shared services to ensure a seamless experience to the customers
  • Delivers the right solutions for the clients requirement.
  • Informs customers of all relevant company sales, credit, after sales etc. policies/procedures and initiatives.
  • Reports on customer feedback to the management.
  • Adheres to professional business etiquette and meets professional responsibilities

  • Conducts market research to identify sales opportunities and define potential customer needs
  • Reviews historical client data, market reports, customer feedback forms to create new business pipelines
  • Analyses sales trends and customer credit history in coordination with Accounts to devise recommendations on customer limits.

Education and Qualification

  • Diploma in business or computer science

Language

  • Fluent in both English and Arabic languages.

Work Experience

  • Minimum experience: 2-3 years of experience in direct sales.

Skills and Abilities

  • Able to handle customer enquiries and needs independently
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong existing business relationships with customers in target industries
