Our client in Qatar is looking to hire HR Coordinator.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree- Must have at least three years of experience in HR operations and Support.
Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. Experience with creating and maintaining HR-related reports and metrics. Knowledge of Labor laws and regulations.
Recruiting and sourcing talent by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinating the new employee onboarding and orientation process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Managing and maintaining employee files and updating employee information in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Coordinating employee events and activities to foster a positive and engaged workforce.
