The In-Store Trainer will manage training activities for a specific scope of work.
They will deliver and facilitate one-to-one, classroom, meeting, and in-store training and create a positive learning environment.
They will act as a consultant and training expert for store managers and retail area managers, providing recommendations and solutions to meet business training needs.
They will monitor business KPIs and use coaching to change behaviors and improve performance.
They will have experience in a selling environment and be skilled at selling, reading customers and uncovering needs, and transferring selling skills and techniques.
They will have the desire to learn and grow, be a product expert, and have experience managing relationships with stakeholders.
They will also develop and execute communication strategies tied to business training projects and be a change management leader for all business training processes.
Qualifications include 5 years of experience in the retail industry, previous experience in training and developing others, influencing skills, project management, and knowledge of adult learning techniques.
