Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement new software programs.
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
• Design and update software database
• Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary
• Update existing applications to meet the security and functionality standards as outlined in the companys website policies
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features
• Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code

Qualification :

• Overall 5-7 years experience in web and software development
• Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
• Demonstrated understanding of projects from the perspective of business stakeholders and end users.
• Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven knowledge of the most current security and web development programming languages
• In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools
• Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles.
• Certified application developer is a plus
