Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Service Desk Operator.

Requirements:

Expert Knowledge & Experience in managing Service Desk for an environment with 1000+ users.

Expert Knowledge & Experience:

  • Latest version of Microsoft Office and M365 Applications
  • Latest version of Windows Client Operating Systems

Proven Knowledge & Experience:

  • Latest version of other Office Productivity software like SAP, Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD, etc.
  • Providing L1 support for Hyperconverged infrastructure, virtualization platforms and other hardware including Blade, Rack Mountable servers, Tape Libraries, Storage appliances.

Certifications

  • Valid Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Certification
  • Valid CompTIA A+ Certification
  • Valid ITIL 4 Foundation – IT Service Management Certification
  • Valid ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support Certification
