About the job
The HR & Recruitment Executive is responsible for providing support in Recruitment and HR.
- Receive all the job applications, sort and classify based on relevant qualifications and store in database for retrieval as and when required.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Responsible for development & planning for long term recruitment strategies and manpower planning
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Conduct preliminary interview rounds using various methods for short listing candidates and conduct aptitude tests and interview assessment with line manager.
- Manage the timely processing of pre-employment requirements and new joiner arrangements.
- Assist and coordinate with PR Department for finalizing of necessary documents to process new visas.
- Manage updates of Employee Database, Employee Files, Visas Renewals, Passport Renewals etc.
- Ensure fairness and consistency of all company policies and corrective actions.
- Participate in the preparation of Payroll.
- Must have at least 4 years of experience in Recruitment and HR.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or any related subject, Masters qualification is advantage.
