Responsible for managing the appearance of Madi International products in the market. Controls display activities in the retail shops, outlets, and showrooms ensuring proper exposure in prime locations in accordance with the company policy.


1. Develops the Annually/quarterly Retail plans including the display and promotional activities in Company Sales Pointsin coordination with product managers and according to company policy;

Communicates and discusses the retail plan with the Group Retail Manager to ensure appropriate budget for successful implementation;

Supervises and follows-up the implementation of the retail plan organizing and distributing tasks among marketing and promotional agents to meet deadlines;

Investigates marketing activities in the retail shops, outlets and showrooms;

Reports on results and recommends initiatives for better promotion of company products;

Assesses the display of the company products in the retail shops, outlets and showrooms, analyzes problems and recommends appropriate solutions;

Discusses with Showroom Managers and Sales Executives in the Company Sales Point the buyers’ and end users’ feedback;

Analyzes collected information to improve performance and increase sales revenues;

Prepares the market price trends, on weekly-basis, and forwards to the Group Sales Director for decision making.

Supervises the installation of stands and other marketing materials for products’ display in public events and exhibitions ensuring proper installation on time;

Generates and escalates periodic and requested reports on changes in the market condition, competitive activities, and client preference/needs ensuring accuracy and timely delivery;

Respects all of the company’s internal rules, policies and procedures;

Carries out Annual Appraisals for subordinates;

14. Assists in developing, and monitoring the department’s budget and financial;

Analyzes and fills all required reports on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly bases;

Sets a good example regarding punctuality, hygiene, attendance and attitude;

Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the Vice President and by the President when needed.
