We are looking for urgent hiring for the position of Ticketing Officer.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist walk-in and corporate passengers with inquiries regarding their travel plans via phone, email, or in person.

Providing information such as flight details, changes, or cancellations.

Handling airline ticketing, travel arrangement and hotel reservations using the corresponding reservation system (GDS).

Providing support to passengers regarding any issues that may arise with their flight bookings or hotel reservations.

Requirements

Candidates with similar working experience with knowledge of Amadeus and Sabre will be a high priority.
