We are a well-established VIP beauty salon chain in Qatar and We are currently looking for a Beauty Salon Manager to be responsible for our salon’s day-to-day operations.

Job Purpose

Responsible for supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting our services, staff hiring, and training, and keeping updated records of expenses, revenues, and inventories, as well as efficient running and profitability of the salon by ensuring that client count numbers are maintained and reviewed, taking into account all hairdressing standards and client services that are carried out according to company policies that are in force.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree

Number of Years of Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of Managerial Experience in a Beauty Salon In GCC

Languages: English/Arabic

Soft Skill Requirements:

Good oral and written English communication skills, team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking abilities and detail-oriented good customer handling technique, and strong customer service skills
