Assist the purchasing department in other administrative roles and tasks
Issue, store, price and rotate all incoming merchandise for the hotel.
Ensure that all requisitions are filled on a timely basis in accordance with storeroom hours and outlet requests.
Price all necessary Food & Beverage requisitions.
Work together closely with receiving to ensure a smooth exchange from receiving to storage.
Ensure that all goods received are stored in their proper areas at all times.
Ensure that all incoming meat is tagged and priced correctly.
Ensure that all storerooms are locked when unattended.
Maintain perpetual inventory records for all liquor and wine on a current basis.
Ensure all goods are stocked in designated areas.
Remove meat tags upon issuing and attach them to requisitions.
Ensure all beverage requisitions are handled as per established procedures.
Assist in all daily, weekly, month-end, or quarterly inventories as needed.
Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.
Communicate daily with the team on any related issue due to a shortage of items or any other concern to the employee
Perform any additional duties as assigned. (receiving, computer duties)
Follow daily cleaning schedule.
Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Impact
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Degree Holder, preferably in hotel / Finance or equivalent.
2-4 years of experience in a related field.
Must have knowledge of any purchasing system (ex. Birchstreet).
Excellent command of English, and Arabic is an advantage.
Must have previous relevant work experience.
