We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Team Admin to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily administrative tasks of our real estate team, including scheduling appointments, managing client communication, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate. Familiarity with real estate software and systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate team schedules
  • Handle client communication, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Maintain accurate records, including client information and transaction details
  • Assist with marketing and social media efforts
  • Assist with preparing listing presentations and other materials
  • Assist with preparing documents for transactions, including contracts and closing documents

Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate as a team admin is a must
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in office administration
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with real estate software is a plus
