
Sales Officer

The Sales Officer- Qatar is responsible for selling People Dynamics services to new customers in Qatar. The role holder carries revenue targets and will be responsible for meeting and exceeding them year after year. They will manage relationships with their clients, serve as the single point of contact between clients and the delivery team and perform all tasks related to administering their accounts.
Job Objectives
• Meeting revenue targets with reasonable gross margins
• Bringing in a new client logo
• Managing the entire sales lifecycle
• Account Management
Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or a related field
• Candidates should show evidence of continued education/ training in Sales will be preferred.
Previous Work Experience
• 3-5 years of total experience in B2B sales.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have sold HR Services with a specific focus on recruitment and contracting services.
• Candidates who have sold other professional services will also be considered.
• Should show a successful track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in GCC markets is highly preferred.
