The Main Purpose Of Your Role Is To
- Based on prior experience and competencies, generate, pursue, and convert sales leads
- Ensure that sales targets are met on a monthly and annual basis while ensuring high client satisfaction
- Ensure a high retention rate for existing and new clients
- Ensure a smooth client onboarding process
- Conduct regular health checks on client performance
- Set up meetings with potential clients with the objective of introducing Snoonu’s offline business services and its offerings to them
- Respond to inquiries in a timely, informed manner
- Escalate client issues to the right channels
- Negotiate commercial deals and finalize contracts
- Establish and extend relationships with potential/prospective clients
- Maintain records of all contracts, agreements and clients
- Develop a strong understanding of all the key competitors within this space
Do you have some of these?:
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce sales and operations
- Strong grasp of data analysis and performance tracking
- Crisis management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree in management, economics, finance or marketing. Masters is a plus
- English and Arabic proficiency
