The Main Purpose Of Your Role Is To

  • Based on prior experience and competencies, generate, pursue, and convert sales leads
  • Ensure that sales targets are met on a monthly and annual basis while ensuring high client satisfaction
  • Ensure a high retention rate for existing and new clients
  • Ensure a smooth client onboarding process
  • Conduct regular health checks on client performance
  • Set up meetings with potential clients with the objective of introducing Snoonu’s offline business services and its offerings to them
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely, informed manner
  • Escalate client issues to the right channels
  • Negotiate commercial deals and finalize contracts
  • Establish and extend relationships with potential/prospective clients
  • Maintain records of all contracts, agreements and clients
  • Develop a strong understanding of all the key competitors within this space

Do you have some of these?:

  • 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce sales and operations
  • Strong grasp of data analysis and performance tracking
  • Crisis management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, economics, finance or marketing. Masters is a plus
  • English and Arabic proficiency
