Key Responsibilities

• Drives profitability in a variety of situations and market conditions and maximum sales and growth in line with company values
• Ensure world-class customer service experience by building quality relationships with customers, employee and brands
• Oversees all aspects of merchandising, vendor partners, pricing, returns and damages and overall operational excellence in a retail operation
• Develop policies and procedures by understanding and analysing customer behaviours, trends, and preferences. adjusting processes and standards accordingly
• Stays informed of business drivers, industry trends, and competitors, applying knowledge to identify and pursue new opportunities

Your desired skills

• Minimum 10 Years’ experience in luxury retail management.
• Bachelor’s/Associate degree in retail or business administration
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Ability to balance multiple significant priorities, meet deadlines and thrive in constantly changing and challenging environment.
• Detail-oriented, flexibility and interpersonal skills
