
Project Administrative Officer

Responsibilities
- Assist Planning and Quality team and project leads in building their project plans.
- Participate in projects’ team meetings to provide status updates on active requests and troubleshoot risks, issues or challenges raised and impacting delivery
- Follow project management processes and direction as defined by the Planning and Quality Unit.
- Compose, and edit correspondence and reports related to projects and KPIs status
- Supporting the delivery of projects as required.
- To assist with quality control of all projects or workstream activities per the Operational plan.
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Support various project teams in the preparation and control of the project schedule.
- Follow up on change requests, and projects schedules and set deadlines for various stages of assigned projects
- Adhoc admin/project requests as and when required
Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience, with a strong preference for experience in a project coordinator role
- Arabic speaker
- Experienced in using Microsoft Project 365 and PowerBi.com
- Experienced in Microsoft tools – good excel skills required
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
- Good presentations skills
- Working with multiple departments to understand and communicate extensive details of their initiatives
