Internal: Work effectively with internal departments (esp. leasing, specialty leasing, sub-brands and guest services to ensure optimum business effectiveness and information is communicated around the business units i.e., new store openings, launches, events, changes to procedures, staff newsletters.
External: Organisation / Companies, Customers, Investors, Sales leads, Shareholders and Clients.
Tracking and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
Increasing brand awareness and market share. Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments. Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget. Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Supports the development and execution of the offline, online and social marketing plans. In addition, he assists in evaluating the effectiveness of marketing communication plans and any adjustments that are needed to these plans. He works in a fluid and collaborative environment. He supports the basic intent of increasing brand awareness, generating leads, converting sales as well as fostering customer loyalty. He should be creative, resourceful, and able to work under pressure within tight deadlines and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills. Tracking and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the Marketing Manager in preparing the annual marketing plan, marketing budget & Support with annual Research plan and requirements along with executing the approved plan. Plan and implement tactical initiatives and activities.
Develop and execute an annual Marketing Plan for Ezdan malls.
Prepare budget related to Ezdan malls marketing activities.
Plan and implement tactical initiatives and activities.
Oversee all marketing related activities in Ezdan malls which includes public relations, customer service, advertising, promotions, special events, loyalty (CRM) programs, community relations, etc.
Ensure the mall develop and execute a rolling twelve-month marketing calendar of Promotional Events, Advertising Strategy, Public Relations, and Retailer development and training
Develop a comprehensive brand strategy for Ezdan malls.
Continually seek new and innovative / creative ideas to ensure top of mind awareness for Ezdan malls.
Maximize the performance of advertising at Ezdan malls.
Evaluate all agency contracts on an annual basis.
Work closely with the Mall Managers to ensure programs meet overall strategies and maintain an international standard.
Continually evaluate the competition and market conditions to ensure that Ezdan malls are effectively positioned in relation to the competition, market demographics, and tenants mix.
Develop a cost effective / efficient media strategy.
Oversee the communication strategies for Ezdan malls, seeking cross-promotional opportunities and advertising synergy.
Develop cost efficiencies and economies of scale in marketing expenditure.
Use superior analytical and communication skills to develop strong Client relationships and keep eye on the goal of enhancing the value of the retail portfolio for Ezdan Malls.
Monitor new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in global and local landscape.
Monitor offline marketing activities effectiveness.
Plan content for print, broadcast and outdoor media roadshows, in-store sales promotions and/or events.
Plan content for social media platforms.
Produce content for web, blogs, vlogs, e-newsletters and/or digital platforms’ requirements.
Produce, receive, and act on public relations business communications.
Review and handle comments on social media platforms.
At least 7-10 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified above.
Degree qualified with 3 years retail, consumer, leisure or hospitality marketing experience / Understanding of retail marketing in particular the drivers of shopping / Tertiary qualifications in marketing / Project Management / Budget Management.
Education and Professional Qualifications
