Job Description

• Responsible for End-to-End IBS/Repeater solution deployment. i.e. 2G/3G/4G and 5G.
• Responsible for IBS projects technical issues handling & clarification, design audits, site acceptance per standards, and negotiations.
• Provide on-site technical expertise during survey, design, deployment, integration, commissioning, testing, and optimizing of distributed antenna systems (DAS) and small cells.
• Responsible for sub-contractor management, customer coordination, and end-to-end project monitoring & Delivery.
• Perform acceptance visits and post-deployment data collection to ensure compliance with Vodafone & building management requirements.
• Manage inventory in the Technology Warehouse and forecast usage.
• 50-50 split between office and in-field work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IBS DAS deployment projects.
• Good Knowledge of project management & MS office tools.
• Good understanding and knowledge of DAS products .i.e. Antenna, Couplers, Combiners, etc, Telecom room preparations, Rectifiers and Batteries.
• Good understanding and experience of 2G/3G/4G/5G Technologies
• Good understanding of active and passive solutions of main manufacturers such as Commscope, Cobham, Huawei, etc.
