Cashier and Category Associate

Responsibilities
– Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
– Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile discrepancies
– Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
– Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints
– Ensure that all sales are recorded accurately in the system
– Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy of records
– Keep the store clean and organized, including restocking shelves and maintaining displays and price tags in case of no customers
– Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong math skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash register systems
– Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
– Fluency in Arabic and English
