Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consultant specializing in Valuation and Financial Due Diligence to join our Deal Advisory team. You’ll work closely with clients to provide valuation services and financial due diligence support, contributing to the successful execution of M&A, strategic investments, and other corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis and valuation of businesses, assets, and liabilities using DCF, market multiples, and precedent transactions
  • Perform financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, including quality of earnings analysis and working capital assessments
  • Develop detailed financial models to support valuation and due diligence engagements
  • Prepare clear, well-documented reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate with tax, audit, and advisory professionals to deliver integrated client solutions
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in valuation and FDD
  • Support senior team members with proposals, client pitches, and thought leadership
  • Mentor and train junior staff

Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in management consulting and/or Deals consulting
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and valuation techniques
  • Proficiency in financial modeling (Excel and related tools)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
