Responsibilities

• Process guest and staff laundry and dry-cleaning items according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Inspect garments for stains, damages, and special care needs before cleaning.
• Operate laundry and dry-cleaning equipment safely, including washers, dryers, press machines, and steamers.
• Treat stains appropriately using correct chemicals and techniques.
• Finish garments by pressing, steaming, folding, or hanging to ensure high-quality presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, reporting any equipment issues promptly.
• Handle and label all items accurately to prevent mix‑ups and report any lost-and-found items as per procedures.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, departmental policies, and Four Seasons standards at all times.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in Dry Cleaning.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Must have full flexibility in schedule.
• Able to work on weekends, holidays and daytime.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in guest interaction.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience.
