The Leasing Consultant role at The Address Real Estate is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha. The Leasing Consultant will greet and assist prospective residents, conduct property tours, highlight features and benefits, and explain leasing options and terms. This role includes preparing and processing lease agreements, maintaining accurate lease administration records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The Leasing Consultant will respond to resident inquiries, support resident retention initiatives, and coordinate with maintenance and property management teams to resolve issues promptly. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available units, market trends, and competitor offerings, and contributing to occupancy and revenue goals through effective leasing practices

Qualifications

• Ability to manage leases and lease administration, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Experience in resident retention, with skills in building long-term relationships and supporting a positive living experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting professionally with prospective and current residents.
• Basic understanding of property management processes and local real estate practices in Doha.
• Proficiency with office software and property management systems, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site full-time, including weekends or evenings as needed, and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Prior experience in leasing, real estate, or hospitality is preferred; relevant certification or diploma in business, real estate, or a related field is beneficial.
• Professional demeanor, ethical conduct, and a commitment to providing an inclusive and respectful experience for all residents and colleagues.
