ABOUT THE ROLE

The Dermatologist provides specialist dermatology consultations and treatments within Seed’s integrative health model. This role brings evidence-based dermatological expertise to the clinic’s offerings, complementing functional medicine and holistic care with targeted skin health interventions. The Dermatologist works collaboratively with the team to address root-cause skin concerns alongside lifestyle and nutritional factors. We are looking for a full or part time Dermatologist to join our team. Must think outside the box and be interested in root cause solutions to dermatological concerns. Must be open and receptive to functional and integrative training in the Seed methodology

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Conduct dermatology consultations for patients presenting with a range of skin, hair, and nail conditions.

•    Diagnose and develop treatment plans for dermatological conditions, integrating both conventional and functional medicine approaches.

•    Perform relevant dermatological procedures and treatments within scope of practice.

•    Order and interpret appropriate laboratory investigations to identify root-cause contributors to skin conditions.

•    Collaborate with dietitians, functional medicine practitioners, and the Medical Director for integrative treatment planning.

•    Provide patients with clear, evidence-based education about their skin health and care plan.

COLLABORATION & DOCUMENTATION

•    Maintain timely, accurate clinical records for all consultations and procedures.

•    Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to the patient and relevant team members.

•    Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as required.

•    Provide referrals to external specialists when clinically indicated.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong foundation in Medicine with specialized training and clinical experience in Dermatology.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing common and complex skin conditions, including Acne and related disorders.
• Valid medical degree (MD or equivalent), completed dermatology residency, and eligibility for licensure to practice in Qatar. MUST HAVE MOPH EVALUATION.
• Excellent clinical judgment, patient-centered communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary wellness setting.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Experience in holistic or integrative health environments is an advantage.
• Skills in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including non-surgical cosmetic procedures and aesthetic skin care.
