- Reviewing job orders related to Manual Binding
- Handling all kind of manual binding including Hard box making, hard bound book making, hard cover making and Binding
- Operating of Sewing machine and manual gluing machine
- Performs troubleshooting on minor machine issues in Sewing machine and manual gluing machine
- Coordinate with the in-house maintenance team for any machine malfunctions
- Cleaning of the printing press and peripherals
- Other duties as maybe assigned by the Supervisor
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Printing press as a Manual Binder
- Hands on experience on all kind of hard box making, hard bound booking making, hard cover making and binding
- Experience in operating Sewing machine and manual gluing machine
- Certificate of any program in Printing Technology
- Attention to details
- Creative mindset
- Technical knowledge on the printing machines & binding
- Ability to communicate
- Ability to work well with others
