Qualifications:

  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Candidates should possess solid Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact clearly and respectfully with diverse customers and colleagues.
  • Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to manage feedback, support service recovery, and maintain brand standards.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service systems or call center tools are beneficial.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail, hospitality, or quick-service restaurants, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.

  • Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable sponsorship (if applicable).

Core Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally in both Arabic and English.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and accurately.
  • Record and track customer cases, ensuring proper follow-up and timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with restaurants and relevant departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service in line with McDonald’s Qatar standards.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the Customer Care Supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare basic call and case reports.
