About the role

The Creative Services Specialist role is to be the contact point for all marketing and advertising requests for the internal Creative Services team, and to manage projects and communication back to stakeholders. The role supports the Advertising Production Manager to ensure the quality and integrity of the brand is safeguarded, acting as the custodian of the brand.

Accountabilities

Operational

  • Manage the flow of all advertising and design requests from internal and external stakeholders to the Creative Services design team
  • Ensure all materials comply with Marketing and Guidelines.
  • Build proficiency in Adobe Content Supply Chain tools, including Workfront, Content Hub, and Adobe Experience Manager, to support enterprise-wide content delivery.
  • Ensure all requirements of advertising and design requests are complete, clear, and understandable for designers (internal and external).
  • Serve as the key marketing contact for the delivery of materials within required deadlines, ensuring stakeholders are aware of key milestones.
  • Act as the leader and gatekeeper of Creative Services workflow and processes, ensuring all steps are followed for accuracy and quality.
  • Manage the creation of advertising content across all channels (digital, outdoor, print, brochures, POS materials).
  • Contribute technical expertise to enhance the quality of marketing communications materials.
  • Safeguard brand integrity by ensuring alignment with company communication strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Manage projects with third-party agencies, including brief writing, concept feedback, production, and delivery.
  • Take ownership of key marketing projects, ensuring all materials are accurate, error-free, and delivered on time.
  • Collaborate closely with internal design and marketing teams to ensure creative consistency and quality.
  • Perform other departmental duties as directed.

About You

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience

Essential

Job Specific Skills:

  • Experience in project timeline planning and workflow/process implementation and adherence.
  • Experienced in team management in a creative environment.
  • Strong project management skills to deliver a project from concept to execution.
  • Command of the English language.

Preferred

  • Professional qualifications in Marketing.
  • Proven track-record of producing content for international brands, experience in managing workflow (particularly brand design or creative output) from an agency or client design team. Working with airline or travel industry brands.
  • Knowledge of some of the following: design software and applications, print production, audio and video production methods.
  • Knowledge of design applications, printing processes and technology, audio and video production and website design and development.
