Based at Mandarin Oriental, Doha within the Spa & Wellness Department in Doha, Fitness & Wellness Assistant is responsible for, but not limited to, duties relating to assisting members and maintaining the fitness & wellness equipment, the overall hygiene and cleanliness of the Fitness & Wellness areas, which includes swimming pools. The Fitness & Wellness Assistant reports to the Director of Spa & Wellness.

As a Fitness & Wellness Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Conduct fitness & wellness classes in a professional manner and according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the department.
• Will be responsible for maintaining the fitness classes and programmes schedules accurately.
• Will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire Fitness & Wellness areas in particular the studios and changing facilities.
• Ensure that all areas are in a neat, tidy and sanitary manner in accordance with the FLHSS&E guidelines.
• Assist in the smooth flow of the guests’ journey throughout the day.

As Fitness & Wellness Assistant, We Expect From You

• Minimum 2 year of experience working in a fitness centre environment
• Previous experience working in a 5-star hotel environment will be an advantage
• Previous experience working in the Middle East Region is an advantage
