  • Coordinate with internal business and technology teams, as well as partner counterparts, to ensure smooth and timely implementation aligned with business priorities.
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, identify opportunities to optimize commercial outcomes, member engagement, and overall partner contribution.
  • Support delivery of partnership-related KPIs, including revenue contribution, member engagement, and redemption activity.

  • Support the review and implementation of commercial, contractual, and operational terms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with agreed partnership frameworks.
  • Drive awareness and engagement of airline partnerships through joint campaigns, promotions, and partner-led initiatives to drive acquisition and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and structured documentation of partnership processes, deliverables, and key decisions to ensure transparency and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with outstation sales teams to promote Qatar Airways and Privilege Club offerings to partner airline customers across key markets.
