As a Sales Executive, and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Generate new business leads: Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities across revenue streams
- Grow customer accounts: Build relationships with existing customers and travel locally to expand market share and drive business to the hotel/cluster
- Negotiate and contract effectively: Secure group and corporate bookings by negotiating rates and preparing contracts in line with pricing strategies
- Develop local marketing: Support business growth by leveraging creative marketing channels tailored to the local market
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with other hotel departments to develop exceptional guest experiences and build comprehensive sales programs
- Provide visibility into sales efforts: Maintain detailed records of sales activity and deliver timely updates to Sales leadership
- Respond to client enquiries: Handle customer questions and requests promptly and professionally to support conversion and satisfaction
