DOC Medical Center is seeking a customer-focused Call Center Representative responsible for managing patient communications, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. The role serves as the first point of contact for patients, supporting efficient appointment management, accurate information gathering, and seamless coordination with clinical and administrative teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement) with a medical or allied healthcare background (mandatory).

3+ years of experience in a healthcare call center or medical receptionist role.

Strong knowledge of appointment scheduling systems and medical software.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management systems.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Applicant must be locally available in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.

Verify patient information and maintain accurate records in the hospital information system.

Provide accurate information on services, physicians, clinic schedules, and appointment requirements.

Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient patient flow.

Respond to patient inquiries professionally and resolve concerns in a timely manner.

Follow up on missed appointments, patient feedback, and service requests.

Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with organizational policies.

Generate reports and support departmental performance objectives as required.

Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction at all times.
