As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic partners within our food business. This role requires strong stakeholder management, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive account growth, execute marketing initiatives, resolve issues, and ensure smooth on-boarding for new partners.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

  • Own and manage a portfolio of key accounts within the food delivery vertical.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring consistent alignment with their business goals and our platform’s capabilities.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple locations to drive the growth and success of your accounts.
  • Lead the implementation of new projects and initiatives within your portfolio.
  • Handle partner escalations effectively and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide on-boarding, training, and ongoing support for new partners joining the platform.
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans in collaboration with partners.
  • Monitor account performance using dashboards and data reports, identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Support with day-to-day troubleshooting and problem-solving.

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, FMCG Sector.
  • A track record in commercial, client-facing, or account management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities.
  • Proven experience in B2B negotiations and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
