Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role based in Doha, Qatar. The Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the medical team. The role also involves maintaining accurate patient records, assisting with medical procedures, and educating patients and their families about care plans. As a critical team member, the Nurse will uphold the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and clinical expertise in all aspects of patient care.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and assistance with medical procedures
• Clear understanding of healthcare protocols, patient care standards, and safety regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Physical and emotional resilience to handle a fast-paced, demanding medical setting
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities for effective decision-making under pressure
• Valid nursing license or certification recognized in Qatar
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and reports
• Experience in hospital, clinic, or community health settings is advantageous
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
