Your day-to-day:
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in equipment and installations
- Perform repair works on wiring, panels, and electrical components
- Install and upgrade electrical systems as per safety and operational standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and standards
- Respond to electrical emergencies such as power failures and system breakdowns
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and engineers for effective execution of work
- Follow strict safety procedures while performing electrical tasks
- Stay updated with industry practices, tools, and safety guidelines
What we need from you:
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience as Maintenance Electrician in a hotel or resort
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques
- Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices within the hospitality industry.
- Immediate availability preferred
