About the Job:

Welcome to your next adventure. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the design and execution of recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with the company’s workforce needs. You will oversee the full recruitment cycle, collaborate closely with department heads, and manage the recruitment team. You will also play a key role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience while strengthening and promoting the company’s employer brand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals.

· Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

· Lead and execute bulk hiring initiatives and fleet recruitment campaigns, ensuring timely fulfilment of high-volume roles while maintaining quality standards.

· Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate requirements.

· Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, headhunting, and employee referrals.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

· Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms.

· Promote and strengthen the employer brand to attract high quality talent.

Requirements:

· Arabic & English fluency (mandatory).

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus).

· 10+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

· Strong understanding of the Qatar and GCC talent market.

· Currently based in Doha. (mandatory).

· Solid experience managing external recruitment agencies and building productive vendor relationships.

· Strategic thinker with strong organizational and decision-making abilities.

· Experience in employer branding initiatives.
