Role Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with quotation preparation, order processing, and daily coordination activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (planning, logistics, finance) to ensure timely execution of orders.
  • Follow up on quotations, approvals, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, backlog tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and documentation requirements.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the General Manager, including preparing reports, presentations, and follow-ups on key actions.

Role Purpose

  • To ensure efficient sales coordination and administrative support across the business, while assisting the General Manager and sales team in driving operational excellence, accurate reporting, and timely execution of customer requirements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in Manager assistant preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
  • Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).
