As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in shaping how customers engage with our collections, ensuring every display tells a compelling story while driving sales and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and execute impactful in-store displays aligned with seasonal campaigns and brand guidelines

* Style mannequins and product layouts to highlight key pieces and maximize visual appeal

* Monitor and maintain store presentation standards across all locations

* Collaborate with buying and marketing teams to align visual direction with commercial strategy

* Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to optimize display effectiveness

* Train store teams on visual standards and merchandising techniques

Requirements:

* Minimum 3years of experience in visual merchandising within fashion or luxury retail

* Strong creative eye with a deep understanding of styling, color, and composition

* Ability to translate brand identity into engaging physical spaces

* Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset

* Excellent organizational and communication skills

* Valid driving license and willingness to travel across store locations within Qatar
