Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Qatar for a Leasing Agent. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for achieving the targets, managing property showings, addressing client inquiries, and guiding clients through the leasing process. Other responsibilities include preparing lease agreements, maintaining records, analyzing property market trends, and fostering positive tenant relationships. The role also involves actively identifying and engaging potential tenants to meet leasing goals.

Min. Requirements:

Valid brokerage license.

2 years of Qatari brokerage experience.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage

Familiarity with Qatar’s real estate laws and regulations is preferred

Has Qatari driving license and car.
