We are seeking a talented AV Technician to set up, operate, and maintain audio and video equipment for events, meetings, or presentations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless audiovisual experiences for our clients and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate audio and video equipment such as microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing boards.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly before events and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during events.
• Coordinate with event organizers to determine their audio and visual needs and provide technical support as needed.
• Maintain and repair audio and video equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest audio and video technologies and recommend upgrades when necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AV Technician or similar role.
• Solid understanding of audio and video equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in operating sound and mixing boards, projectors, and other AV equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in audiovisual technology or a related field is a plus.

Skills:
