Primary Purpose Of The Job
Perform comprehensive Project Planning / Scheduling, Progress monitoring / reporting and
Time Management functions. Prepare Cost Estimates / Budgets, Cost Forecast / Cost
Reports. Report monthly Value of Work Done (VOWD), Monthly Invoice Payment / Accruals
and highlight areas of concern for management consideration and action.
Required Experience And Skills
1- Expert knowledge in Planning, Scheduling and Cost Engineering activities including
Schedule preparation and Cost estimation at various phases of the Project.
2- Should be a great team player.
3- Should be proficient in spoken & written English.
4-Able to read/understand engineering drawings / work packs, well developed analytical
skills and very good knowledge of internationally acceptable norms.
5-Good computer skills and proficient user of PRIMAVERA (P6) / MS PROJECT
planning software, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Discipline, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Cost Engineering and Project Management in the Oil and Gas Industries and offshore Projects.
