Parsons is seeking a highly experienced and talented Construction Director (Infrastructure) to join its team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Plan, direct, supervise, and control all technical, commercial, financial, and administrative aspects of the project.
  • Define program requirements and ensure all deliverables meet established standards.
  • Oversee the preparation and implementation of key project plans, including the Project Execution Plan, Health & Safety Plan, and QA/QC Plan.
  • Assign responsibilities to key team members based on their qualifications and strengths.
  • Manage scope changes and negotiate with clients and subcontractors.
  • Support business development activities to secure additional work.
  • Represent the company in meetings with regulatory authorities and public stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project commitments and instructions are effectively executed.
  • Prepare and distribute project summaries to the team.
  • Contribute to staff performance reviews and development plans.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to mobilize resources and build effective project teams.
  • Work with managers and technical leads to develop project budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
  • Identify risks such as delays or cost overruns and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee site-related functions, including labor relations, procurement, and payroll where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date change orders.
  • Promote quality and excellence through adherence to QA processes.
  • Monitor progress, report on key milestones, and highlight risks impacting cost or schedule.
  • Act as the primary company representative with clients and subcontractors.
  • Lead weekly project meetings to review progress and track action items.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical or business field.
  • Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience, including strong project and construction management expertise on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles, such as Principal Project Manager.
  • Extensive background in operations management, including personnel and facilities oversight.
